 PROBLEM: vmstat fails with knlist error.

*ACTION TAKEN: We found that /usr/lib/boot/unix_up was of size 0.
        Luckily he had another system at AIX 4.1.4 and he pulled
        off its unix_up.  After restoring unix_up he was able to
        run vmstat.  

*ACTION PLAN: Questions answered...closing call.
