sysback menus in smitty for fullsystem backup are wrong

Env:
  AIX 3.2.5
  RISC 7015
  sysback 3.3.3.13

Desc:
  Customer just upgraded sysback from 3.3.3.11 to 3.3.3.13
  and now is having this problem:

  smitty sysback
    Backup & Restore Options
      System Backup (Installation Image)
         Backup the System       
      
      He chooses his local tape drive /dev/rmt0

      Tape     /dev/rmt0    Other SCSI Tape Drive

The next screen shows this:

This does not appear to be a problem at AIX 4.1, but only effects
customers running AIX 3.2.5 and only with the fullsystem backup
and customer trying to create a network boot image

Action Taken:
  This is a new bug with sysback that came about at ver 3.3.3.12 and
  ver 3.3.3.13.  This is fixed with sysback 3.3.3.14
