Unable to active paging space - error states that it is busy

system says it is already in use, but it is not.

Response:

   Desc: Customer cannot activate hd61.

   Action: hd61 was defined as the primary dump device so we set
        the primary to /dev/sysdumpnull and ran swapon -a.  
        Sysdumpdev -l listed out the dump devices and 
        sysdumpdev -p /dev/sysdumpnull freed up hd61 so that
        we could activate it.  

        Another problem was disovered as the customer had swapon 
        /dev/hd6 in /sbin/rc.boot, however, hd6 did not exist on his 
        system.  Somebody had removed it.   Customer will also modify 
        rc.boot to swapon hd61 instead of hd6.  He will then set the
        primary dump device back to hd6.

   Next Action: Situation resolved...closing call.
