Environment: AIX 4.1

Description:

   Customer was running mklvcopy to create a mirrored copy of lv05.
   He accidentally did \^C. The command terminated.
   But he cannot restart the command and he cannot remove the copy.
   "lslv" shows the LV is OPEN but STALE.

   When he tries to remove the copy he gets:

      \# rmlvcopy lv05 1 hdiskXX
        0516-074 lreducelv: logical partitions being synchronized.
        Try again

   How can he start over & create the mirrored copy?

Solution: syncvg -l lv05

   This worked. "lslv" shows OPEN & SYNCHED.
