Problem creating DB2 Instanace

Env:
  AIX 4.2                     Model:390
  Database Server 4.1.1

Desc:
  Received the following errors when attemptign to create DB2 instance
  (db2icrt):

  exec (): 0509-036 Cannot load program 
    usr/lpp/db2_02_01/instance/db2icknm because of the followin errors:
  0509-023 Symbol __CleanupCatch in bsh is not defined.
  0509-026 System error: Cannot run a file that does not have a valid 
           format.
  Explanation: An unexpected error occurred during the execution of the 
   instance commands.

Action:
  Checked for installation other versions of DB2.  Have installed
  DB2 V1.2, DB2 V2.1 (client), and Database Server V4.1.1

  Checked $LIBPATH, and $PATH and neither contained any references
  to other releases of DB2.

  Unset $LIBPATH and were then able to create the instance.
