after install of hacmp ptf smit hacmp lists everything 2x

Desc:  Customer installed ptf U444318 and is now getting duplicate hacmp
smit menu items.

Act:
A problem was found with ptf U444318.

******************* Description of Problem ******************************

   1. If installed on a system which didn't have the U443305 ptf
      installed on it, then the user will get duplicate entries
      in the hacmp smit menu. The error can be found in the smit.log
      as:

   /usr/lpp/cluster/inst_U444318/inst_root/cluster.server.smit.odmdel:
   /usr/lpp/cluster/inst_U443305/inst_root/cluster.server.smit.rodmadd:
    cannot create

   2. If installed on a system which DID have the U443305 ptf
      installed on it, then the user won't get any error message,
      neither will he have duplicate entries in the smit menu.

*********************** To Correct the problem **************************

 If you have the problem of duplicate hacmp smit menus you can reject
 U444318 which will remove all hacmp smit menus and re-install U444318.
 This will only work if the ptf is in the applied state.  If you have 
 committed this ptf you will either need to re-install hacmp software 
 and then sync hacmp from another node to return all cluster information 
 or a second work around which is as follows:

        You must first:

        cd to /usr/lpp/cluster/inst_U444318/inst_root
    
        In this directory you should have 2 key files they are:

                cluster.server.smit.odmadd
                cluster.server.smit.unodmadd

        The next step is to run:

                cluster.server.smit.unodmadd

        This will remove all hacmp smit menu items.  After running this
        type smit hacmp and you should receive an error that no menu
        items can be found.

        The final step is to run:

                 odmadd cluster.server.smit.odmadd

        This will add you a correct smit hacmp menu item.  After 
        running this type smit hacmp and you should receive a normal
        hacmp menu.
