Driver for Olicom pci token ring card

Env: os v4.1.4, and 4.2 model 7248-43P
Desc: Needs driver for Olicom pci token ring card
The token ring adapter is not recognized by the system.  He
has a 43p that came preinstalled with 4.2 and the token ring adapter.   
cfgmgr complains that it needs devices.pci.8d100100.  The fileset is
not contained on the install 4.2 cd.
Action:
Card will not be recognized in SMS (not supported in it yet).
Card will be recognized in AIX with proper filesets.

Called olicom just in case "(800)-olicom1" and their tech sup person 
stated that what was needed was a device driver off their web site.
Found device driver file on ftp.olicom.com
/pub/bbs_mirror/powerpc/oc6878.zip
Unzipped with pkzip dos utility and and got the files
OC6878.TD0
TDSK212.EXE

Executed the tdsk212.exe file on DOS to create the diskette for 
oc6878.td0.
After the diskette was created, was able to install device 
driver sucessfully from the diskette.

Customer unable to create the diskette with OS/2, I was also unable to
create the diskette with WIN/95, had to go to just plain vanilla 
DOS 5 or 6 machine.
