Rebooted and now print jobs only have 80 character lines

ENV:
AIX 3.2.3

DESC:
After a reboot all printers are truncating lines at 80 columns when
you cat to them even though in SMIT columns is set much higher.

ACT:
You have tried chdev -l lp\# but catting a file > /dev/lp\# still
truncates at 80 columns even though in SMIT you see lines/pg = 9999999
and columns/line = 2048

Tried splp /dev/lp\# to see if this value had been overridden but
you don't have the /usr/bin/splp command!

I dialed into the system and saw /usr/bin/splp was 0 bytes in size.
Decided to take an old mksysb of their system to see if we could pull
/usr/bin/splp off of it.

Placed splp command back onto the system and did an
rmdev -l lp\# ; mkdev -l lp\# has resolved the problem.
