  AIX 4.1.4
  sysback 3.2.1.31
  RISC 3bt
  Tape 8mm 

Desc:
  Customer is doing a remote fullsystem backup to a tape drive and
  is getting this error message:

  It first creates the boot image and dd it over to the other system.
  It failed on the second image with this error message:

  cp: /usr/lpp/bosinst/bosinst.template file or directory does not
      exist

  chmod: /usr/sbin/mkinsttape does not exist

Action:
  The customer is missing this file set  bos.sysmgt.sysbr
  This contains the mkinsttape, bosinst.template and other files 
  needed for creating a boot tape at AIX 4.1

  This will not occurr with sysback 3.3.3 because bos.sysmgt.sysbr
  is a installp pre-req for sysback.  Also if the files are missing
  sysback will just not create a bootable tape and provide the user
  with a warning message to the screen..

Next Action:
  I will also send out 3.3.3.6 of sysback to the customer
  Closing with customer approval
