Customer Rep:  Mark Allen

Problem:
  Customer was trying to create a full system backup using
  sysback and got this error message:

  filesystem helper 0506-526 implementation specific error
  code=112
  0303-155  bosboot mkfs failed for /tmp/Bootram.fs. 

Action Taken:
  The command is failing on the bosboot command being 
  called from sysback's /usr/sbin/mkboottape4 script

On this line:
  
bosboot -a -d$devname -p /tmp/$proto -T $platform \\
                        -k $bootdir/unix_$kernel

From doing a search found out this is a known defect with
the ack command which effects the bosboot script when the
LANG value is set to something other than C.

WORKAROUND:
  Before running the sysback command do this:
  export LANG=C

  This corrected the problem

Action Plan:
  Sending out the fix to the customer
  Also upgrading sysback to 3.3.3.16
