Problem:
  Customer was trying to create a network boot image when
  he got this error message on the screen:

There appears to be another bosboot command creating a boot image. This
command will wait for it to complete. If there is no other bosboot
command running, you can allow this process to continue by removing the
file "/tmp/bosboot.lock".

Waiting ..

Action Taken:
  It turns out the customer is running a fullsystem backup
  to tape at the same time, once the boot image was created
  on the tape the network boot image continued as well.

Action Plan:
  Closing with customer approval
