This does works for a local tape drive within smit, but fails when dealing
with a remote tape drive.

Also this command works locally, but failes with a remote tape drive
sysrestore -V -f /dev/rmt0 -tVolume_Group -v rootvg (works)

Failes when run remotely

sysrestore -V -f /dev/rmt0 -h modj30 -tVolume_Group -v rootvg

Fixed with sysback 4.1.1.1
