datab/sp2; cust having probs with remote connectivity to db2.

ENV:
        AIX 4.1         Model 9076 (SP 4nodes).
        DB2PE V1.2
        WIN95/CAE V2.1.2
PROBLEM:
        Attempting to connect from WIN95/CAE to db2pe and
  receiving sql30081n with reason 10061.

*ACTION TAKEN:
        Looked up the sql and error code and it indicates that
  the server refuesed the connection.

  Checked the entries in /ete/services on the server and determined
  that customer had the client port addresses listed, but they
  were within the range used for the node->node communiations
  (ie. DB2_\, and DB2_\_END).  Explained
  how this range is used and that client connectivity required
  seperate port addresses outside this range.  

  Customer made the necessary changes on the server (changed
  /etc/services, updated dbm cfg, and refreshed inetd), and 
  then corrected the /etc/services and the node definition
  on the WIN95/CAE and were then able to establish the connection.

  Advised that when executing the bind for the cli utilities, will
  need to bind db2cliv1.lst instead of db2lic.lst.  This will allow
  the client to map the cli calls into the V1 server (DB2PE is
  considered a V1 system).
