needs mpqp.h file for 4-Port Selectable Multiport Model 2 Adapter

QUESTION:

 ENV:
   Model 7043-140, AIX 4.1.5,
   4-Port Selectable Multiport Model 2 Adapter (ISA bus)
 PROBLEM:
   The customer has written Bisync applications that use the
   microchannel version of the MPQP.  On the microchannel systems,
   there is a file /usr/include/sys/mpqp.h that does NOT exist on this
   isa system.  The customer uses the macros and data structures
   provided in this file.  He would like to know if this file should
   be included with the mm2 device drivers?  Has it been renamed?  Is it
   simply missing?  How / where does he get this needed file?

ANSWER:

   Bisync is only supported in the 4.2 (and greater) version of the
   MM2 device driver.  Also, currently the mpqp.h file is installed
   with the devices.mca.8f70.mpqp fileset.  There is a plan to include
   it in the bos.adt.include fileset in AIX 4.3.
