*CUSTOMER REP:  Rob Getschmann

 PROBLEM:       Moved from 4.2 to 4.1.5 and that fixed the problem.
                Moved back to 4.2 and now the problem is back, colors
                not being displayed, black fields.

*ACTION TAKEN:  Explained that the gxt110p was very new and that not all
                the drivers for it are included at 4.2.  The card is
                not supported at 4.2.
