Corrupt /etc/vfs file

Question:

Env: 4.1.5.0

DESC: In SMIT, attempting to increase a filesystem fails with:

lsfs: 0506-917 jfs is not a known vfs type.

Running chfs from the command gives no error, but no increase is
actually performed.

Action: We found that the /etc/vfs file was of size 0. This can be
restored from a backup. However, here is a 4.1 version of this file:

\# @(\#)vfs @(\#)77 1.20 src/bos/etc/vfs/vfs, cmdfs, bos411, 9428A410j 6/7/91 07:47:30
