sysback seems to be haning in smit


Env:
  AIX 3.2.5
  RISC 59H
  sysback 3.2.1.24

Desc:
  Customer was trying to restore a file from a full system backup
  using smit and it appears to be hanging.

Action:
  I had the customer this:
  1.  ps -eaf | grep rmt
        three process were running a sysrestore, setbs and restbyname
        It appears to be hanging on the restbyname command

  2.  ctrl c out of the process.  Set the block size of the tape drive
      to 512.  
      A.  tctl -f /dev/rmt0 rewind
      B.  restore -s4 -Tvqf /dev/rmt0.1
          It failed and was waiting for a keyboard input

  3.  The customer had the wrong tape in the drive, once we put
      correct tape in the drive it correct the problem

Next Action:
  Sending the most current level of sysback to  the customer
  sysback 3.3.3.11
