Install Fortran V4 using sdcs key

Desc:   Customer has installed license keys for fortran V4 but
        now gets message:  try and buy period expired.
        ls_stat shows licenses valid until 1/24/97.

Action: Fortran V4 is encrypted on the Software Development Solutions
        cdrom.  It requires an sdcs encryption key in order to copy
        from the cdrom.  To install the compiler temporarily, a
        version of the compiler can be installed from the trial 
        directory.  This version is valid for 60 days.  After 60 days
        the compiler can no longer be used, even with valid licenses.
        Customer cannot get sdcs key unless product has been purchased.
        Once product has been purchased, an sdcs key is issued so
        that product can be unencrypted from the cdrom and copied
        to hard disk and then installed.  

        To unencrypt from the cdrom, use the sdcs key as follows:
        cd /usr/cdrom/sws/showcase

 ./cdtty -list
 ./cdtty -n
 ./cdtty -axxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx -cyyy-yyy-yyyy -pn -ddirectory -o -nzz
            Decrypts and copies product "n" (from the "-list"
           option) to the destination directory "directory." The
           access key "xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx" and customer ID
           (Add 892 to front of Customer \#)
           "yyy-yyy-yyyy" must include hyphens.  If "-o" is
           specified, files in the destination directory are
           overwritten.  If overwrite is not specified and the files
           exist, an error message is issued.
           -nxx is the country code (US = 51)

        The cdtty will copy to install images to the destination 
        directory.
