sbserver: No permission to execute /usr/sbin/sbdevice

Env:
  AIX 4.1.4
  sysback 3.3.3.x

Desc:
  Customer runs this command
  sbclient hades "/usr/sbin/sbdevice -e /dev/rmt0"
He gets back this error message
sbserver: No permission to execute /usr/sbin/sbdevice

Once he changes the command to this:
    sbclient hades "sbdevice -e /dev/rmt0"
    It works

Action:
This is due to the way the /usr/lpp/sysback/.remote_cmds file
is setup on the server. If you add a entry that looks like
this /usr/sbin/sbdevice then it would work.

Next Action:
  Closing with customer approval
