sysback hung on led 80c on a tape boot

DESC:   
    Customer created a Sysback tape and then attempted to boot from
    that tape and said that it hung at led80c.

  The problem is not related to sysback, but to ssa support built
  into the boot image.  The customer's ssa setup is twined tailed
  between two systems. 
  Need to check for these levels of filesets on the system where
  the boot tape is being created from.
