1800-106 error defining print queues after upgrading to 4.1

Env: 3.2.5 migration to 4.2

Desc: When customer tries to add a print queue via smit mkpq,
he gets message 1800-106 /usr/lib/lpd/pio/etc/piolsvp -A2 > /dev/null

Act: checked permissions/size on piolsvpm - they were correct.
Customer says that smit log gives 1800-050 error as well the above error.

I suggest we try to make a queue from the command line. You did
/usr/lib/lpd/pio/etc/piomkpq -A local -p hplj-4si -d lp0 -D pcl -q test

This worked, you can go in via smit and see the queue and it's
attributes.

The problem must be with smit.
We move the sm_ files out of /smit and moved in a good copy from
/usr/lib/objrepos

Still you can not make a queue via smit.

Suspect you have a .config file still around from 3.2.5 causing the
problem. If you cd /var/spool/lpd/pio/etc and find any *.config files
try moving them out of this directory and running smitty mkpq again.
These files are generally left around during a migration to AIX 4.X
from a 3.X system as they're not from IBM or part of AIX - but add-ons
for such things as Lexmark adapters not considered by the upgrade
procedures.

Customer stated that he found and moved marknet.config and intel.config
files from /usr/lib/lpd/pio/etc to /tmp and afterwards was able to
add print queues successfully.
