0782-336 error trying to add print queue after AIX 4.1 upgrade

ENV: AIX 4.1.4
     Model 7013-590

DESC: The customer is unable to add a print queue. When he tries he gets the
      errors:
      0782-336 : cannot open file 

ACT:  Customer recently installed the LexMark utilities and it appears that
      key filesets weren't installed.

      Recommended customer install the fileset:    bosext.dcl8023

Now when trying to add a print queue in smit, getting 0782-336 : cannot 
open file - but no information about which file

We checked to be sure his /var/spool/lpd/pio/@local exists, and also 
cycled   qdaemon.  

We found there were some *.config files in /usr/lib/lpd/pio/etc from
the AIX 3.2.x version of the Lexmark utilities not cleaned up by the
upgrade to the 4.1.X version of this software.  We removed these and 
smit now functions normally.
