Problem: Eudora can not use AIX 4.2 as a sendmail gateway
although other PC mail programs can.
Resolution: Apar IX59378 is needed. When sendmail is started
with LANG=En_US, it does not respond properly to rset.
Set LANG=C and start sendmail as a temporary workaround.
