ran chnfsmnt on jfs and now fsck says unknown filesystem type

Env: 3.2.5 SP2

Desc: Customer had run the chnfsmnt command on some local jfs
filesystems. When he mounts a filesystem , df shows that the
normal usage is there, but when he cd's into the directory,
        there is no information there.
        Fsck gives there error:

"fsck: Not a recognized file system type."

Act: Customer ran the chnfsmnt command on some local jfs filesystems.
This will corrupt the entries in /etc/filesystems so that
/etc/filesystems thinks the journaled filesystems are
        network filesystems.
We varyied off the Volume Group and exported it. This did not
clear the entries in the filesystems file which further shows
        the entries are bogus.

The quickest fix for this is to edit /etc/filesystems and
take out all the entries for the filesystems with the
problem and then run "imfs VGname" for each Volume Group
        with filesystems with the problem.

Next: close
