SNA Server/6000 V3.1 nodelock file after hardware update

ENV:    AIX 4.1.4   SNA Server/6000 V3.1 
                      (from CD containing only SNA Server V3.1)
.DESC:  After swapping out the planar board SNA Server/6000 V3.1
        subsystem will not start with the following error message:
.       iFOR/LS: License not found in database (network license
                server/server)
.       Error: SNA cannot be started.
.ACT:   The first thing to do is to verify that the entry in the
        /usr/lpp/sna/sna.rte.key file matches exactly with the
        sna entry in the /usr/lib/netls/conf/nodelock file.
.       If it does match exactly check the date on your system. 
        If the date is not current enough, or if it is after the
        year 2010 SNA will not start due to the fact that the key in 
        the nodelock file for SNA Server/6000 is date sensative.
