Do I have to buy HIBL to use InfoExplorer if I buy
Techlib?

No, the Techlib CD includes HIBL for 325 and for 414, as
well as the Techlib databases.  We put all 3 libraries on
the CD so that customers won't have to switch CDs to view
HIBL, switch to view Techlib, switch back to view HIBL, etc.
