Undefined symbol when starting DB2 following AIX upgrade

Env: 
  AIX 4.1.4             Model c10
  DB2 V2.1.1

Desc:
  Just upgraded AIX to 4.1.4 (from 4.1.3) and when attempt to
  start db2 (ie. db2start), receive the following error:
    0509-023 Symbol sqlrrdfi__FP13SQLR_DEFAULTS

Action:
  Checked user's PATH to ensure that /usr/ucb is after /usr/bin
  (which they were).  Solution is to update the instance.

  Performed the following (as root):
    /usr/lpp/db2_02_01/instance/db2iupdt \

  After updating the instance, were able to successfully start
  db2.
