HCON error 0789-656

QUESTION:
   I am trying to perform file transfer to the mainframe using HCON and
   I am getting this error:
      0789-656 an error occurred when sending a message to the emulator
      input message queue (msgsnd () return code=2)
   What does this error mean and how do I fix the problem?

   This error refers to a problem with the HCON autolog script.
   In this case return code=2 specifies the problematic line in the
   autolog script.  Here is an example autolog script that could
   cause this error.

   Here, the KEY field "ENT(2)" on line 2 causes the error.
