Error reading install options from server for volume groups

Question:

Env:
  AIX 4.1.4
  RISC SP2
  Tape 8mm 5gb (7208-011)
  sysback 3.3.1.16

Desc:
  Customer is trying to install from a remote tape drive
  by booting from a network boot image on a 4.1.4 system then
  choose the tape to install from on the server.
  The tape contains rootvg and altvg.
  The customer is able to choose option 3 (starting install)
  It asked it he is sure he wants to overwrite the disks, 
  the customer choose yes.
  The install then fails with this error message:

  Reading install options on server...
  No Installation devies or images on the server are
  available to this host.
  Error reading install options for from server for
  volume group: altvg

Action:
  This is a known bug with sysback, it is fixed at
  sysback 3.3.1.18

18    Unable to install from remote tape if installing multiple
      volume groups. Message "Error reading install options
      from server for volume groups: VGname!" appears after
      selecting to install.

     WORKAROUND: assign a valid disk file option to the client

 Sent the code to the customer and closing with customer
  approval
