problems with changing title bar font in NetView

PROBLEM:

Customer says that going from Netview V3 to V4 changes the title bar
font colors to white.
Has NV 4.1 installed.  Upgraded from AIX 3.2.5.1 to AIX 4.1 and
the title bars show up with white font on white background so it is 
unreadable.

SOLUTION:

Added the following line to the /usr/OV/app-defaults/OVw file:
        OVw*foreground:  \

Note : Also check your .Xdefaults as this will over-ride entries
in the /usr/OV/app-defaults/OVw file.

Brought up NetView and could read everything.
