I can not start the user interface of Netview/6000

ENV:    AIX 3.2.5, NV 3, Model 598
DESC:   Installed Chip Com On Demand LAN Sentry and now cannot get 
        Netview up and running.  The EUI doesn't even flash on and off,
        it just doesn't show up.  Get's error:

        could not load /usr/OV/bin/ovw
        symbol XTStrings in /usr/lib/libovw.a is not defined
        XTShells strings in /usr/lib/libovw.a is not defined
        could not load library libovw.a

ACTION: 1) See if the EUI will come up by using /usr/OV/bin/ovw

        2) If this works, check /usr/OV/bin/nv6000 script for a
           LIBPATH statement.

        3) IF it does not work, insure that motif1.2 is linked to
           to proper netview libraries by typing:
                ls -l /usr/lib/libXm.a

           the result for netview V3 and above should be:

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root system /usr/lib/libXm.a -> /usr/lpp/X11/Motif1.2/lib/libXm.a
