Desc:   Customer is attempting to use the Fortran compiler but gets
        the following errors:

        0509-037 system error - error data is xlf
        0509-023 symbol getproc in /usr/lib/FCM/libc.a is undefined
        0509-023 symbol getuser in /usr/lib/FCM/libc.a is undefined
        cannot load library libc.a
        0509-026 Cannot run a file that does not have a valid format.

Action: Customer has done a migration install from AIX 3.2.5
        to AIX 4.1.3.  On AIX 3.2.5 the common mode libraries are
        stored in /usr/lib/FCM.  These libraries allow binaries
        to be compiled on AIX 3.2.5 and run on any AIX platform
        or later version of the OS.  These libraries are not
        needed on AIX 4.1 but remain following a migration install.
        Deleting /usr/lib/FCM corrects the problem.
