   Customer would like to know how to reconfigure the HCON color
   table to change BLUE to CYAN.

ACTION:
   'hconutil'
      COLOR Redefinition
      Extended Colors
         change FOREGROUND entries from BLUE to CYAN
      F5-file to save table to filename (. /home/username/e789_ctbl)

   'smitty hcon'
      HCON User Functions
      Reconfigure an HCON Session
         enter user name and session name
      set COLOR table = full path and filename of new hcon color table
      ENTER to save change

   start hcon session (e789 a) to verify that previously BLUE text now
   appears in CYAN.
