Query  operation Error - Library is Offline to Host.

Act: suggested customer remove the host on the library manager and
        re-install w/ the fully qualified DNS host name and alias
        the short name.  

Next: Customer will do the above when the CE is finished
        added library manager to host file on rs6k
        pc short name changed to actual node name
        CE noticed that "Lan attached node shows 1 instead of 0 now"
        mtlib command now works
