 Desc:  The customer issues e5250 on an AIX 4.1.x system
        and gets the above error.

Answer:

 e5250 is looking for the eux.cat message file.  Since the        
 AIX 4.1 systems do not have a /usr/lpp/msg/\ directory,     
 you need to either create this directory or link to it.          
 eux.cat file can be found in the directory:                      
 /usr/lib/nls/msg/\                                        
 where:                                                           
 \ is the value taken from the variable $LC_MESSAGES 
 or your $LANG environment variable.

      procedures.
