 HACMP/6000 Version 3.1.1 now supports Target Mode on both the Enhanced
 SCSI-2 Fast/Wide Adapter/A (FC 2412) and the SCSI-2 Fast/Wide Adapter
 (FC 2416).  Target Mode can be used in lieu of an RS-232 network to
 provide a redundant communication path for HACMP/6000 nodes.  Target
 Mode is particularly useful in processors containing a limited number 
 of microchannel slots, e.g. thin nodes in an SP.  APAR IX52772 (PTF
 U438726) is required for this support on HACMP/6000.
