Getting message about hibernation on bootup on Model 43P.

.env:   4.1.3 on 43P
.desc:  Customer is getting a message when the system is powered up and
        booted: Failed to search for the hibernation volume at boot up.
        This message does not appear when system is rebooted without a
        power down.
.act:   I had the customer run /usr/lib/boot/disable_hibernation.  The
        customer then rebooted and still got the message.  I recreated 
        the problem in the lab.  The problem can be resolved by 
        executing /usr/lib/boot/enable_hibernation and rebooting twice. 
        I called the customer and told him to run  
        /usr/lib/boot/enable_hibernation and reboot twice to get rid 
        of the error messages. This resolved the problem.
