snmpget problems after changing NetView machine's IP name

ENV:  NetView 3.1

DESC:  When starting NetView, getting errors about snmpget not working.
They have changed the IP address but not the host name of the NetView
machine and have run reset_ci.

ACTION:

Tried performing "snmpget -c public xxx" from the command line where xxx
is the IP address.  This works fine.  However, when using the IP name
instead, the command times out.

Did the following command "snmpwalk -d -c public hostname system" to
check which IP address NetView is trying to using during the command.
The previous IP address returned. (IP address of machine where mksysb
was created)

The problem is that the cache for snmp configuration is now a database.
(/usr/OV/conf/ovsnmp.conf_db). This database is part of the mksysb.
The following command will clear the database:

 xnmsnmpconf -clearCache
