Terri was getting ERZ100015 Failed to Add Terminal: Client Not trusted.
After much research, a colleague indicated this would result from being
dce-authenticated as a principal without a UD entry when the is also no
UD entry for the DefaultUserId.  Terry confirmed there was no CICSUSER
ud entry, added one, and the problem was resolved.
