Netmon daemon deleting and readding Symbols

PROBLEM
Objects are being deleted and readded by netmon.  
All hubs by Optical Data Systems (ODS).  

RESOLUTION
Checked the trapd.log and netmon is the culprit.  Asked if 
they are using secondary addressing and they are.  Checked 
to make sure netmon was supporting this with the -S flag and it is. 

These hubs may not report that secondary addressing is supported
via snmp.  If this is true then you would need to update the 
oid_to_type file and add a -S flag.  Adding this flag resolved
the problem.
