Desc:  The cllockd daemon is terminating unexpectedly.

Act:  I told the customer about the emergency fix for HACMP 4.1 that
fixes this problem.  Here is the text of the emergency fix:

     UNABLE TO START CLUSTER LOCK MANAGER (CLLOCKD) ON HACMP 4.1
 ====================================================================

 Startup of the HACMP 4.1 Cluster Lock Manager aborts with
 the following messages logged in /usr/sbin/cluster.log

     HACMP for AIX: Starting execution of
                     /usr/sbin/cluster/etc/rc.cluster
      HACMP for AIX: clstart : called with flags -sm
      clstrmgr 10068 : CLUSTER MANAGER STARTED
      HACMP for AIX: clexit.rc : Unexpected termination of cllockd.

  This problem is addressed by APAR IX52437 and will be fixed in
  a future PTF.  An emergency copy of this fix is available via
  anonymous ftp from software.watson.ibm.com under the directory
  /pub/aix.  The filename is hacmp41.efix.tar.Z
