SP2-changes from BNC to AUI

Customer is changing from BNC to 10baseT. HE can change the CW and
nodes via SMIT devices/communications/ethernet adapter. However, he will
need to run SDRChangeAttrValues to change the SDR for future installs
of nodes. 

Several questions came up:
1. How do I specify dix as the adapter type when I add an ent adapter?

2. How do I add en2 to the SDR?

3. If I rebuild a node with en2 specified in /var/sdr/Adapter will it
   configure?

Told him that dix and en2 are supported via RPQ per analyst in Austin.
