Error with manpages: 0703-203 could not open

DESC:  The customer has InfoExplorer on CDRom.  When they try to use
info or the man they get errors about not being able to reach the
database.  The error number is 0703-203: could not open...

ACT:  I had the customer cd into /usr/share/info/data.  Her ispaths
file was not the same size as the ispaths.full file.  I had her copy
ispaths to ispaths.back and then copy ispaths.full to ispaths.  Then
her man pages started to work.
