output errors (oerrs) on token ring

Question:

My token ring network is slow.
1 ethernet, 1 token ring card

When I do "netstat -I tr0 5" and then type in certain commands on a
client I get output errors.  xinit is one command on the client that
will cause errors on the server.

Need to increase the transmit queue size.  This
risc is his main server and he cannot take it down from the network
right now so he will try the following during down time--
        >ifconfig tr0 detach
        >smit commodev
                Change/Show Characteristics of token ring adapter
        Increase TRANSMIT queue size from 30 to 100 (max is 150)
        Increase RECEIVE queue size to 100 also.
