INed: Keys not functioning properly

Question:

Env:    AIX 3.2.5

Desc:   Customer has installed INed, but some of the keys don't 
        work correctly.  He is getting "\^[[A" when he hits the up
        arrow key, "\^[[001q" when he hits the F1 key, etc.  All of
        the special keys are returning control characters instead
        of performing their assigned function.

Action: Checked to see if the customer has a GT4xi graphics adapter
        installed ("lslpp -Ct ppr").  He does have a GT4xi adapter.
        There is a known problem with PTFs that are required for the 
        GT4xi adapter (specifically U429688 or any of its supercedes) 
        breaking INed in this fashion.  The fixes to correct this 
        situation are U433059 and U433061.

        Ordered the above PTFs for the customer.
