                      The above error message is from the rsh command.
                     Do this to fix the problem:
                     a)  login as root on the server side
                     b)  passwd tapesvs
                         (It does not matter what the passwd is)
                     c)  rsh \ -l tapesvs echo
                         (Test to see if it will work)

         Note: You have to use full domain name for
