TELEUSE/COMBINED W/AIX WHEN EXECUTE: LDX ERROR MESSAGE

Question:
   Env: 3.2.5, Teleuse 3.0.1
Desc: Have a written program which I am experiencing problems with
since an upgrade to 3.2.5. Previously it was with the shared
libraries but cleared up that problem. Now it compiles and links
but when I run the executable get the following error messages:

failed to load LDX: LDX_STATIC_SIM not found
locale not supported by Xlib locale set to C
    Action:

        1) ran 'echo $LANG' was C.
        2) Changed LANG env variable 'export LANG=En_US'
        3) ran locale and everything was set to En_US.
        4) Verified that in /usr/lib/X11 that En_US was present.
        5) cd /usr/lib/X11 and check for link to /usr/lpp/X11/lib/X11/lib
           this was present.
        6) Ran env to look at LOCPATH and NLSPATH. These were the same but you
did have an entry of XNLSPATH which was created for Teleuse.

Information states that a local environment variable XNLSPATH may be
defined to refer to a directory supplied with the TeleUse
        graphical toolkit.
The XNLSPATH should be extended to point to the standard AIX NLSPATH
directories in addition to the TeleUse directory.
The installation manual for TELEUSE states that a directory
/X11/R15/lib/nls was to be defined in XNLSPATH.
After unsetting this parameter, all programs worked without
        any error messages.
