KAIO_RDWR undefined error when loading Sybase

   Env: 3.2.5, SYBASE

Question: When trying to load SYBASE get the following error 
        could not load program data server
        symbol kio_rdwr in lib c.a is undefined
        symbol kio_suspend in lib c.a is undefined
        symbol kio_cancel in lib c.a is undefined
        could not load aio.o

Response: You need to configure the Asynchronous I/O device driver. 
        You can do this in smit devices. After you make the asynchronous
        device available you will need to reboot your machine. After doing
        this you were able to load SYBASE.
