printer and tty prob

Question:

After successful upgrade to 3.2.5 cust is unable to dial out on tty-
gets error message: 0835-028 connection failed cannot access device -
also loses character on parallel printer

Similar Problem existed with another customer after upgrade to 3.2.5,
and printers and terminals off his 128-port adapter were unavailable.
Getty's were in waiting state, and printers were busy.

Response:

Env:3.2.5 360 128port
Desc:Customer can't talk to his modems since upgrading to 3.2.5.
Act: No printing, or regular port activity works.

ls -al /dev/tty46 minor 868 which would be location 00-04-23-04 (below)
I sent Austin ZAP FAX odm.delete fax
\# odmdelete -q "value3 like tty*" -o CuDvDr
\# odmdelete -q "value3 like lp*" -o CuDvDr
\# savebase;shutdown -Fr

That resolved his problem.

ls -al /dev/tty46 minor 804 which is correct for 00-04-13-04
you convert minor number to hex 804=324  868=364
Now add 110 to the hex number       110      110                                    434      474
                                    434      464

The 1st number is the slot number.
The 2nd number is the RAN NODE number (see below)
The 3rd number is the Port number on the RAN.

The seven means the RAN is on 2 line on adater. 
     1 thru 4 1st line RAN NODES 1 thru 4.
     5 thru 7 2nd line RAN NODES 1 thru 4.
