The customer is just using DCE for thread support for an application that
uses shared memory and semaphores. The application is single threaded.

They receive the following error:

 internal dce threads problem, terminating execution.
 reason: enter_kernel: deadlock
 see ma_dump.log for state information.

Response:

Eventhough the application is single threaded, the AIX 3.2 DCE threads
package will use several threads itself. AIX 3.2 shared memory and 
semaphores are not thread safe.
